Collecting Brainrots earns you currency to unlock upgrades that boost your speed, survivability, and overall progression. The deeper into the zones you go, the more relentless the pressure becomes but every run counts, moving you closer to stronger upgrades and longer survival. Rush ahead and play it safe, or risk it all for a bigger haul? That choice is yours to make every single run.

The two stats that matter most are Speed and Jump. Speed is everything, so maxing it out is the only way to consistently stay ahead of the lava. Jump determines how easily you can reach higher platforms and find safety when things get tight. You can improve both by visiting the Speed Shop for movement upgrades or standing on the Upgrade Pad to boost your general stats. Your floors can be upgraded, too, and pushing them to the limit makes a noticeable difference.

Brainrots aren't just for collecting yourself. You can drop them for other players to pick up, which opens the door for some loose cooperation between runs. There's no formal gifting mechanic in the menu, but players use the in-game chat to coordinate and share drops.
