Glow Up Gym is an idle clicker game where you start with one treadmill in a garage and grow it into the coolest fitness club in town!
Every member walks in with a goal: more energy, more strength, or more endurance. Tap the machines to boost their workout and watch them change in real time. When a member reaches their goal, enjoy a big before/after moment, earn coins, and unlock their champion card.
Buy and upgrade 8 machines, hire coaches who train your members for you, and expand from a tiny garage to a neighborhood gym, then to a huge club. Collect 18 champions, including rare and legendary ones, and level their cards up to bronze, silver, and gold. Handle special events like the January Rush and Chest Day Monday, complete daily quests, and keep your streak going.

- Tap or click a machine to boost the member using it. Tapping fast builds a combo and earns more coins.
- Tap the price tags to buy machines, upgrades, coaches, and decorations.
- Tap the sign to expand your gym.
